A mid-week, cross bred class of guided exploration, conditioning and restore. This class is somatic, functional and efficient. Using awareness, we detail how the body moves, creating codes for better use cultivating total body ease. We playfully build strength, definition, endurance and movement for life and longevity. We complete class with slow resting postures and live music chanting. A class from slow to fast to slow, Feldenkrais into Yoga Conditioning into Restore, provides an arc to building a functional fit body for anything you want to do better. Open to all and useful for those that are athletes, yogis and dancers.

Mary Lynn, Rose, Emelia
Mary Lynn Lewark is a dance artist, choreographer, movement healer, yoga teacher, educator and mother. She has created Moovment House in Denver, CO, that is home to her work and companies. Here she has inspired dancers and people to develop their singular and collaborative voices in performances, workshops and everyday lives. Her authentic movement process is simple, direct, and communal, allowing a person to freely connect to their innate desire to move with their personal story.
Rose Silberman is passionate about helping people of all ages improve the way they move. A Feldenkrais® Practitioner for almost 20 years, she works with movers of all ages on their coordination, refining their athletic abilities and artistic performance. She teaches dancers, musicians, runners, swimmers, golfers, hikers, skiers, gardeners, walkers etc… Whatever meaningful action a person does in their life, she can help them to do it better.Rose also enjoys teaching tap dance. She has studied and taught tap dance since she was in high school.
Emelia likes to think she is as down-to-Earth as a 6th-generation Coloradoan could be! Through three decades in yoga study, practice and profession, she has found that teachings offer both a vast expanse of philosophical rabbit-holes to explore OR simple, fool-proof recipes for accessing our inherent joy and calm. what’s your fancy?
